Experience.
I started as a personal trainer at Willoughby Fitness First in 2015 and helpedmany clients achieve their health and fitness goals whilst also sharing a handat the Manly Sea Eagles under the head S+C coaches. In 2011 I started a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and in 2012 I did a semester in London at St Mary's University in the lead up to the Olympics. In 2014 I completed a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt Universityand during that year a few friends and I opened up the very first The CubeGym.

Jackson-Harding

Jackson Harding

Specialities.

Acute and chronic injuries with a key focus on contact-sport, running and lower limb injuries. He aims to get patients back on the field, in the mountains or in the surf and create a routine to prevent future injuries, with an emphasis on becoming stronger and more coordinated with all movements to improve your overall performance.

Experiences.

Lead Physio for the Manly Wolves Men's AFL Program and has worked previously with Norths Rugby, Manly United FC WPL and NPL team and has supported the World Surf League Sydney Surf Pro as their event physio in Manly 2020.

Before his Masters, Jackson worked in Whistler as a Freestyle Ski Instructor and Downhill Mountain Bike Instructor. He holds a wealth of knowledge in sport-specific injury rehabilitation and sport-specific training.

With a passion for holistic health, Sam’s career journey has been all about integrated care for diverse populations. He understands how various health factors impact musculoskeletal well-being and creates personalised treatment approaches. Sam’s goal is to empower individuals with clear clinical insights to enhance their health literacy. Sam’s expertise shines through his work with both team and individual elite athletes. He’s been a part of the VFLW, supported Olympic track athletes in the Tokyo games, and contributed to the GWS Giants’ pre-season in 2022-2023. Dedicated to excellence, Sam is currently pursuing a Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy to further enhance his commitment to providing top-quality care.

Experience

Bachelor Sport and Exercise Science (grad. 2020) in which I was lucky enough to complete my clinical placement here at The Cube. I was a member of the gym for 2.5 years before I joined the coaching team.

Since then, I have grown both as a coach and as a person, and have spent time with group classes, personal training clients and, most rewarding of all, the Special Olympics basketball crew. Whilst my career in health and fitness is still young, my passion to see people improve both physically and mentally is the foundation of my coaching style.

I am currently furthering my studies and completing a Masters of Physiotherapy

Scott is a dedicated and experienced fitness expert with over 5 years of invaluable experience. For the past 3 years, he’s been a vital part of Surfing Australia, working with their elite athletes and youth talent program as a Strength and Conditioning provider. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Sport Scientist, Scott is not just passionate about fitness; he’s committed to empowering his clients to maintain their health and vitality so they can continue doing what they love most. Scott’s specialty lies in surf strength and mobility training, ensuring that surf enthusiasts can relate their training directly to the demands of their sport, making them feel confident out in the ocean. But his expertise goes beyond just surfing; whether you’re rehabbing an injury, managing a chronic condition, or striving for a more energetic and vibrant life, Scott can customize an exercise plan that suits your unique needs and aspirations.
