TCAH membership
$518 / month (including GST) - 12 sessions / month including reformer pilates
What’s included
- Initial assessment + program delivery
- Program delivery using TeamBuildr app
- Weekly prescribed training schedule
- Reformer Pilates
- Program review / assessment every 8-12 weeks
- Up to 3 group sessions / wk - Maximum 8 people per session

Individual session = $75 (incl GST)
Terms and conditions
- Payments are made via direct debit using Stripe and Teambuilder payment processing $484 / month (including GST)
- Payments are made each month in advance for the next month
- Up to 3 sessions per week and you can choose what sessions you attend based on the timetable
- Catch up sessions are not included after weeks you can’t attend
Example #1 - if you only do 2 sessions one week, you can’t do 4 sessions the next week
Example #2 - if you miss a week, you can’t do 4,5 or 6 sessions the next week - Sessions are limited to 8 people per session, your membership payment reserves your spot for each week
